PAYMENT
All prices for goods and fees charges are quoted in pounds sterling.
The prices and fees exclude Valued Added Tax, which should be added
in all cases, unless otherwise specified. Where delivery of goods
is involved, all delivery charges are additional, and payment must
be received before despatch of goods.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Ordered goods should arrive within 28 days. Delivery is to residents
of the UK only, excluding Channel Islands. If you have not received
your order within 28 days, or if an order arrives damaged please
notify us as soon as possible.
NON-DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION OF GOODS
You may cancel your order for goods for any reason up to and including
7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided the goods
are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order within
30 days from the date of cancellation.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within three weeks of your
order date. Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour
to respond to complaints as soon as possible. If you have any questions
