HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
We provide a complete range of successfully tried and tested personnel management packages. These packages will take a company from recruitment, through appointment, job specification, performance appraisal, skill auditing, training, discipline and employee handbooks. We provide tailored packages to suit a particular company.

RECRUITMENT
We provide a standard package with formats for the interview procedure, including questions and intelligence tests. We assist the company in determining the post and post holder specifications, composing and placing recruitment adverts, vetting applicants, and agreement of employment package. We will advise the company on the needs and process of it recruitment activity, as well as assisting in the actual interviewing and selection process.

EMPLOYMENT
We provide a master format for the statutory Contract of Employment, which would be customised to suit the company’s particular circumstance and working practices. This contains details of disciplinary procedures, and can be tied into an Employee Handbook and/or Job Specification/Description. These formats can be used both for new recruitment as well as the issuing of Contracts of Employment to existing qualifying staff if this has been overlooked.

EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
We provide a master format for the Employee Handbook covering all the main areas of employee behaviour and performance. This is customised to suit the particular requirements of the company, and is presented in the house style. This document provides the company with an excellent tool for defining the rules of the company to the employees in a clear formal manner, and can be used to enforce disciplinary actions where necessary.
