JOB DESCRIPTIONS OR SPECIFICATIONS
We provide a master format for Job Descriptions which is customised to suit the company. This provides not only the main duties and responsibilities of the employee, but also their levels of authority, overall objectives, lines of command and communication, skills requirements, on-going training needs, and personal attributes.

We provide training and support for the process of instigating Job Descriptions, and if required will conduct presentations to the staff body.
