RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
We make an analysis of the sales performance and marketing strategies, the range of goods and services, present and potential clients, marketing mediums, marketing budgets, sales methods, new markets, market research and complimentary trading opportunities. We work with the company to produce a Marketing Strategy, from which we develop a Marketing Action Plan which sets out the actions and activities to be carried out, short and medium term, to build and improve upon current performance, and procedures for assessing achievement, and sales activities.

Analysis of present and past performance in relation to all the sectors of the sales activities (i.e. direct sales, sub-contract orders, labour services or goods only, commissions and service contracts, etc.), as well as the basis on which revenue is achieved, studying incentive offers, discount structures, margins and market place influences on pricing.
